Terms of Use

Terms of use

Please read these terms before using qbitmarket. By using the site you agree to them.

Last updated: May 2026

1. Nature of the service

qbitmarket is a non-commercial technical demonstration running on QANPlatform testnet. It is provided free of charge for community experimentation and developer testing. It is not a production service, a regulated financial platform, or a commercial marketplace. All activity takes place on a public testnet and has no economic value.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using qbitmarket you agree to these Terms of Use, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The operator may update these terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use qbitmarket. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Permitted use

You may use qbitmarket to explore testnet NFT flows, test wallet interactions, deploy testnet collections, and experiment with the QANPlatform testnet environment. Use a dedicated testnet wallet and testnet funds only. Do not connect a wallet that secures assets of real value.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not: upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or harmful content; attempt to exploit, disrupt, spam, or attack the platform, its contracts, or its infrastructure; abuse the reporting or moderation system; use the site to facilitate illegal activity; impersonate others or misrepresent the nature of testnet assets; scrape or harvest data in ways that degrade service for other users; or attempt to circumvent moderation, rate limits, wallet-signature checks, or access controls.

6. User content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload (images, metadata, text). By uploading content you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it as part of the testnet service. You confirm that you have the rights to upload the content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. The operator may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

7. Blockchain and IPFS permanence

Transactions submitted to QANPlatform testnet and content uploaded to IPFS-style gateways may become public and difficult or impossible to remove. Do not submit personal data or sensitive information to on-chain or IPFS-pinned records.

8. No financial service — MiCA and regulatory disclaimer

qbitmarket is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) or any other financial regulation. It does not issue, offer, admit to trading, or provide custody of crypto-assets with economic value. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or any regulated financial service. Nothing on this site constitutes a financial recommendation or solicitation.

9. No warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that testnet data will be preserved. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Indexed data may be stale or incomplete.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of qbitmarket, including loss of testnet assets, wallet compromise resulting from misuse, or unavailability of the service. This is a free non-commercial testnet tool.

11. Moderation and suspension

The operator may hide or remove content, restrict access, or disable wallet-linked features that violate these terms, applicable law, or that pose a risk to other users or the integrity of the testnet environment. Repeated reports can temporarily hide content pending review. Moderation decisions can be contested by contacting legal@qbitmarket.app with the affected URL, wallet or content identifier, and the reason you believe the decision should be reversed.

12. Illegal-content notices

Illegal-content notices can be submitted through the report action on collection or token pages, or by email to legal@qbitmarket.app. Notices should identify the content, explain the legal concern, provide contact details where required, and state that the notice is accurate and complete. The operator may reject unclear, abusive, or bad-faith notices.

13. Third-party services

qbitmarket integrates with third-party services including wallet providers, the QANPlatform testnet RPC, Telegram, and browser push services. The operator is not responsible for the availability, behaviour, or terms of those services.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law and, where applicable, EU law. Any disputes arising from the use of qbitmarket that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.

15. Contact

For legal matters, content removal requests, or questions about these terms, contact legal@qbitmarket.app.
