Sergio Plasencia Alcazar

This website is a non-commercial, experimental testnet demo. No real-value transactions are supported.

Experimental testnet project

qbitmarket is a technical showcase and community playground for QANPlatform testnet flows. It is not a production service and is not intended for mainnet use.

No commercial purpose

The project is non-commercial. It does not charge platform fees, protocol fees, marketplace fees, listing fees, minting fees, or token-creation fees.

No real-value assets

Tokens, NFTs, listings, offers, auctions, and balances created or displayed here are testnet artifacts only. They do not represent money, securities, commodities, claims, ownership of real-world assets, or enforceable economic rights.

Not a regulated financial or crypto-asset service

qbitmarket is not a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) or any other financial services regulation. It does not issue, offer, admit to trading, or provide custody of crypto-assets with economic value. It does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, exchange services, or any other regulated financial or crypto-asset service. Nothing on this site constitutes a financial recommendation, solicitation, or offer.

No warranties

The demo is provided as-is for technical experimentation. It may contain bugs, incomplete flows, stale indexed data, contract changes, or unavailable services.

User responsibility

Use a testnet wallet and testnet funds only. Do not connect production wallets or use private keys that secure assets of real value.

May change or close

The project, contracts, data, UI, and testnet deployments may change, reset, or shut down at any time without preserving testnet assets or metadata.

Optional profile data

Alias, avatar, creator profile, social links, notification settings, and similar fields are optional demo features. Avoid entering personal information that is not needed for testing.

Digital Services Act (DSA) information

Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 — applicable as a hosting intermediary service

qbitmarket allows users to upload and publish content (collection metadata, token images, profile data). As a hosting intermediary under the DSA, the operator provides the following information.

Single point of contact

For DSA notices, requests from authorities, and communications from users or trusted flaggers: legal@qbitmarket.app. Communications are accepted in English or Spanish.

Reporting illegal content

Use the report action on any token or collection page, or send a notice to legal@qbitmarket.app with the information listed below. The operator will review sufficiently precise notices and act without undue delay where content is manifestly illegal or violates the Terms of Use.

Content moderation

Repeated in-product reports may temporarily hide collections or tokens pending review. The operator may also hide or remove content that violates the Terms of Use or applicable law. Affected users can contest moderation decisions by contacting legal@qbitmarket.app, stating the content, the decision, and the grounds for their objection.

Competent supervisory authority

The Digital Services Coordinator for Spain is the Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC).

What to include in a notice

  • The exact URL or enough information to locate the collection, token, profile, image, or metadata.
  • Why the content is alleged to be illegal or otherwise violates the Terms of Use.
  • Your name and email address, unless the notice concerns content that reasonably involves one of the exceptions where anonymous reporting is allowed by law.
  • A statement that you believe the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

qbitmarket is operated by an individual and qualifies as a micro-enterprise under the DSA. Enhanced transparency reporting obligations applicable to very large online platforms do not apply.
